Eva Longoria's Wedding Photos Worth $2 Million

Most brides just have to worry about who they're going to have take their wedding pictures, but Eva Longoria and fiancé Tony Parker also had to decide who would get the rights to publish them. The biggest bidders for exclusive rights to wedding coverage were People magazine and OK!, with OK! coming out on top by offering $2 million dollars.
The wedding is planned for this weekend, July 7th, in a castle just outside of Paris. I wonder how much Eva and Tony are paying for their own personal wedding photos? Think $2 million will cover it?

That is unbelievably sad that we are so interested in her wedding that publishers are willing to drop $2 million to cover it. Obviously the magazine will rake that back and then some in advertisement sales when the issue is ready to roll out. But how did these celebrities personal lives become such a luxury.
To end off, she's probably gonna have a divorce in 2 months anyway. How much will those pictures in the courtroom go for?
Frieda Jul 6th 2007 3:13AM
Can they spend that $2 mil on something worthy!? and I agree with Harrison(above comment), they probably get divorced the moment they have their first child.

Tony Parker one of the luckiest men alive. Thia ia one of those happily ever after stories that you know is eventually gonna crash. Eva will get over the novelty of her BBall stud and start deciding his and her schedule don't jive etc. He'll bang a couple of Basketball groupies she'll fool around with someone on set, prescription painkillers will be involved, someone will go to rehab and Eva will end up with a fat settlement and half his NBA pension and then we'll see it all on E or Entertainment Tonight.

I'm not impressed. I lost interest in her when she made a negative remark about cleveland. I guess its hard to send out well wishes when someone puts down your hometown.

Would anybody even care if she wasn't on a hit tv show. So what he is the MVP of basketball. I wouldn'r pay 1.00 for their wedding pics. They will be on the internet longer than this marriage will last. They has schedules that don't fit. They will never see each other. When they do they are both so in love with themselves they will fit for "ME" time. She will get jealous or he will get jealous, hopefully they don't have any children anytime soon. It would be a same for a child to go through such a nasty divorce
Ann Jul 8th 2007 12:53PM
Well, my my - aren't you all a bunch of jealous folks. Whatever happened to just wishing someone well on their big day? I am very happy for a couple of folks that seem to be in love. I wish them all the best.
Nina Jul 11th 2007 3:37AM
I think this is really selfish not to wish them hapiness because you do not appriciate them. The only thing which really matters is that they seem to be in love and this is what mariage is about. Of course they do have more money than Mr Smith and they may have worked for this. They deserve to have a wonderful wedding and if their choise is to sell their pictures for $2 millions ( which summon was offered by the magazines, by the way) we have no right to criticize this. If you were them, you would have make the same thing so don't judge their attitude just because you are jalous.
And by the way, who are you to say they 'll get divorse in 1 or 2 years?! You may know all the gossip but you are not part of their couple, so please, stop acting as if you knew them.
Mary Jul 10th 2007 10:09AM
I am sorry but did the last comment say "they may have worked for this. they deserve to have a wonderful wedding"? They are in the entertainment industry and to call what they do "work" is an overstatement especially for the money they are paid to do it. And on top of that to expect privacy when we (the ones who are really paying for their wedding by having interest in them and their lives) provide for their lifestyles is ridiculous! To say they deserve a wonderful wedding is to say we deserve the lives we have because even if you spend all of your day saving lives you still won't make as much money as the ones who pretend to save lives on "Grey's Anatomy" or "Scrubs". Well thats just my input
Laura Jul 10th 2007 4:48PM
wether it's positive or negative feedback, don't you all have something better to do. The reason they are rich and famous in the first place is because of the attention they get. They are not to blame, we are.Why do we buy the magazines? because we are interested. If you are jealous or it just simply makes you angry, either way, they get richer. We don't know them, and at this point, they can't help the curious. Privacy is a huge luxury to lose so if that is the case then let them enjoy their fortune. After all, it does keep us entertained!

Kay Jul 12th 2007 8:02PM
Agreed! Those negative comments come from negative people. Go get a life. Leave other people's life alone. If you've got nothing positive to say then leave your mouth shut. God gives you only one mouth and one brain, use wisely! Wouldn't you wish to receive blessings on your wedding rather than trash? If so, then leave your own trash in your trash bin! Start the positive trend of thought for once and give people blessings for being them...trust me, try to be positive for one second of your life...you won't die.
Angela Jul 11th 2007 12:53PM
Ok, first of all wats wrong with wishing them a happy marriage and all that? They seem pretty happy...so wat if they divorce in 2 months? Life goes on! And I don't know them and neither do u... so y judge them, maybe they do work hard!
But 2 MILLION for their wedding photos? Come on! They should at least give it to their fav chairity. I've heard of other celeb couples doing that!
But I still wish them Congratulations!!!!
